The dust on the filter bag is removed by gas backwashing, and the removed dust goes down to the ash hopper, and is discharged to the ash conveying device through the double-layer ash discharging device. The dust on the filter bag can also be removed by spraying pulse airflow, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal. The dust removed is discharged by the dust discharge device.   The gas purification method of the low-pressure pulse bag filter is external filtration, and the dust-containing gas enters the filter room of each unit through the catheter.   The filter bag uses compressed air to blow and clean the ash, and the ash removal mechanism is composed of an air bag, a blow pipe and an electromagnetic pulse control valve. Each blowing pipe is equipped with a pulse valve and communicates with the compressed air bag. When the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter material is large, some fine dust particles that have been attached to the filter material will be squeezed. The efficiency of the dust collector is reduced. In addition, excessive resistance of the dust collector will significantly reduce the air volume of the dust removal system. Therefore, after the resistance of the dust collector reaches a certain value, it must be cleaned in time. The primary layer should not be destroyed when cleaning dust, so as not to reduce efficiency.
